How the Lead Engine works

This is a portfolio demo built by Qudra Labs for a fictional cleaning business. On a real client site, each form submission runs through a self-hosted n8n workflow:

  1. 1The website form posts to a secure server endpoint (the secret never reaches the browser).
  2. 2n8n validates the lead and drops spam (honeypot + required fields).
  3. 3Each lead is scored hot / warm / cold with a suggested next step: by a built-in rule-based scorer (used in this demo), or by AI (Groq) once an API key is set.
  4. 4The lead is saved to the CRM (n8n Data Tables by default; Google Sheets optional).
  5. 5The customer gets an instant auto-reply and the owner gets an alert (email, webhook, Telegram or WhatsApp).
  6. 6Leads nobody answered get an automatic follow-up after 48 hours, and the owner gets a weekly summary.
  7. 7A lead-form monitor sends a marked test lead on a schedule, checks the email and CRM, alerts if something breaks, and sends a monthly report.
